The Auburn
A public-private partnership between the State of Indiana, City of Auburn, and Auburn Development Group took a 100-year-old cultural icon and reimagined it a current structure meeting the needs of the City for the next 100 years. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 1st, 2025, to officially begin the building phase of The Auburn project.
11th & Main
One block off of Auburn, Indiana's downtown square, a mixed-use development is slated for this property with the help of Indiana Economic Development Corporation's READI 2.0 and Lilly Endowment Initiative Funds for Blight Remediation.
