The Auburn
A public-private partnership between the State of Indiana, City of Auburn, and Auburn Development Group took a 100-year-old cultural icon and reimagined it a modern, downtown economic driver; meeting the needs of the City for the next 100 years. Phoenix Policy Consulting assisted Auburn Development Group in acquiring $4 Million of public funding, a mix of local TIF dollars and READI 2.0 forgivable loans.
ON THE HORIZON
11th & Main
One block off of Auburn, Indiana's downtown square, a mixed-use development is slated for this property with the help of Indiana Economic Development Corporation's READI 2.0 and Lilly Endowment Initiative Funds for Blight Remediation.
